There are good  facilities with separate toilets, showers , washing machine, ironing( !) dog walking field etc. but it’s out of sports season so no team baths I’m afraid.

A Club house is available for the evenings with a bar and a seperate room for gatherings in case of  inclement weather. A group meal will be available in the clubhouse if required from a varied menu.

With a flat, slow 15 minutes walk to the centre of town there are  quirky shops , pubs and cafes galore , the Wonky Weaver for those into crafting https://www.wonkyweaver.com and even free do- nuts!

The   Musuem is a must even if you’ve never visited a musuem in your life . It’s small, local, lovely and free along with the castle ruins , a craft centre and magnificent statues .

The railway station is on the Heart of Wales railway and  there are also buses to Carmarthen.
