November 2024 Rally near Lydney, Forest of Dean

Following the success of the 2023 rally, the November 2024 rally will be held again at Whitemead Forest Park in the Forest of Dean over 4 nights commencing on Monday 18th November. The park has a range of facilities available to all guests on site including the Foresters Bar & Restaurant as well as a heated swimming pool, sauna and gymnasium. Additionally, off-site there is a choice of cycle-trials, local walks and many local attractions. The pitch fee will be £22 per night inclusive of EHU.
All bookings must be made using the Murvi Club event form found here to benefit from this rate.
Arrangements are being made for a group meal on the Thursday evening and hopefully a chance to share stories of our travels in 2024 through the usual slideshow on one of the other evenings.

There are currently 45 pitches on hold for us until Easter and to assist with the management of the booking I would be grateful for an early indication of interest. A deposit of 25% of your pitch fees will be due by Thursday 28 March to hold your pitch with the final payment due by the 5 October. Payment reminders/requests will be sent out prior to these dates. Pitch availability after Easter cannot be guaranteed and will be subject to there being vacancies on this popular site.
